Performance Center M&P Shield M2.0 now available with 4 inch slide, Porting, 4 MOA Red Dot Optic
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Performance Center today announced that it has expanded its line of M&P Shield M2.0 pistols, delivering nine new models that include a longer, 4 inch barrel and slides designed for red dot optics. For the first time ever, the Performance Center M&P Shield M2.0 is available with a slide cut for optics and ships with a red dot included,delivering a slim, red-dot ready concealed carry pistol.
Tony Miele, General Manager of the Performance Center, said, “With the growing popularity of slide-mounted optics, we wanted to design a slim, concealable, red-dot ready pistol for our consumers. In our minds, the Performance Center M&P Shield M2.0 felt like a natural fit for development. Featuring a combination of M2.0 and Performance Center enhancements, these new pistols are slim, lightweight, and now red-dot equipped for quick target acquisition and easy concealment.”
The new Performance Center M&P Shield M2.0 pistols feature HI-VIZ front and rear fiber optic sights, a Performance Center tuned action for a smooth, lightweight trigger pull, and a tactile and audible trigger reset. Available in 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 AUTO, these new pistols are enhanced with the M2.0 feature set and are available in multiple configurations:

- Features a ported 4” barrel and optics-ready slide, reducing muzzle flip and felt recoil
- Includes 4 MOA Red Dot Sight for quick target acquisition

In addition to the features listed above, the Performance Center Ported M&P Shield M2.0 will ship with a Performance Center-branded Tipton® Compact Pistol Cleaning Kit, which includes bore brushes, a cleaning rod and related accessories to clean the pistol after use. All Performance Center Ported M&P Shield M2.0 pistols ship with two magazines and include one standard, flush fit magazine and one extended finger groove magazine.
